A Dreamer And A Doer
I am a results-oriented, values-based executive experienced in strategic planning, organizational development, cultural transformation, leadership development and marketing.
I have worked in both the private sector at 3M Canada and public sector with the Ontario Public Service, along with volunteering and working extensively in the nonprofit environment. My combination of real-world experience in the corporate, public, and social sectors is both rare and invaluable.
I am one of only a handful of Canadians who have completed an accredited Graduate Degree in Social Innovation through the University of Waterloo, and I have extensive experience coaching in the emerging field of Social Enterprise and Social Entrepreneurship.
I understand the nature of true innovation and the culture required to make innovation possible. My work in branding extends from marketing one of the true power brands – “Post-it Notes” – to helping with personal branding of key leaders.
I work both independently and as a partner with other like-minded change makers. I am driven to contribute to initiatives that have meaning and hope.
I love the freedom of working with the best organizations and passionate individuals that share a similar desire to make their world a better place. Whether shaping an organization’s effectiveness, building a stronger community, or coaching an individual to personal growth, my approach is bold, creative and customized.
In 2018, I accomplished one of my life-long dreams and rode my bike across Canada. After 4200km in 82 days, I returned to open an online business that sells globally hand-crafted and wearable art accessories that bring beauty to the bike. www.pedalpeople.ca
I am driven to change the way we change the world.
“I think we just might be on the way to changing the world. Thanks for being such a generative partner.”
